Refund policy

At Mensark.pk, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products for every customer. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Approval Time
Once we receive your return request, please allow 3–5 working days (Mon–Sat) for our team to review and approve it.

3. Return Shipping Cost
A standard PKR 250 return delivery charge will apply and must be paid by the customer at the time of pickup or deduction from the refund amount.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at checkout.

5. Order Processing
All orders placed on business days (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following business day.
