1. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above 3000 PKR across Pakistan 

2. Order Processing
Orders placed on business days (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking details so you can follow your shipment easily.

5. Delays
While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
