2. Orders and Processing
All orders placed on business days (Mon–Sat) are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments must be completed at checkout through the available payment options.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders above 3000 PKR. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

5. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. A PKR 250 return shipping fee applies. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after return approval. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
